Fall, Fall, Fall …. We’ve been EXPECTING YOU 🍂🍂🍂

The szn we’ve all been waiting for is finally here! Though Summer was fun & we had a great ride, it’s time for layering, boots, sweaters & most importantly - JACKETS! As you all know by now, jackets are one of my favourite things to rock in the fall time. And in the colder szn, there’s so many jackets you can wear & pair. In today’s post, I’m gonna share which jackets you should be on the lookout for 👀

Whether it’s a staple fall item you already own, or a trendy item you’ve had your eye for quite some time, here is where you’ll find the Must Have Jackets To Own This Fall 2021!

This year’s IT JACKET is certainly the VARSITY JACKET! Making a comeback for the Fall, the varsity takes center field & holds the spotlight. I first noticed the main inspo online, but this year tons of popular online retail stores are trying their chops at this popular frontline jacket. I personally love looking at thrift stores for this specific find, as you’ll just get a more unique find, for less.

It’s the return of the denim! Y’all know the DENIM JACKET is always in style! It’s such a timeless, staple item for everyone to own, no matter the szn. I think what I’ve noticed most this year is this staple item is getting refreshed with some modern updates. Whether it be the front pocket, or a different colour or material on the collar. This is definitely an item that’s here to stay, every Fall!

Another staple back by popular demand! The LEATHER JACKET! Though some may think the leather jacket is hard to pull off, it’s actually a pretty easy look to rock n roll with! The classic leather biker jacket can easily be paired with a graphic tee & some light or dark wash denim. Some other styles I’ve noted that are out there right now are the harrington style or even this Zara one here with a Fleece Collar!

One of my favourite styles I’m looking forward to rocking this szn is definitely a Workwear Jacket! I love how normalized these jackets have become as workwear works for everyone! As this essential jacket becomes more popular, you can always pick it up for a good price at local department store like Marks, Dickies & even
Wal-mart!

Looking for something to just throw on?? The SHIRT JACKET is PERFECT for just that!! Though it’s most commonly known to come in different shades of plaid, you can defo rock this jacket in a solid colourway too!
I think this style is perfect for layering for those not too cold Fall days. You could easily pair this with a hoodie, or even a stripped tee underneath! This is great to wear for any of your fall activities, or roaming around the city.

Looking to rock a more comfy look? You can’t get any comfier than the SHERPA JACKET! No, seriously! This style jacket is not only soft & warm, but MAD COMFY too!! You could go full sherpa out, or just something with Sherpa lining on the inside. Either way - you won’t have to worry about comfort!

This jacket reigns supreme for Fall in my opinion. It’s the BOMBER JACKET! Such a versatile jacket, that pairs with many different Fits. Also, very essential for that Street Style aesthetic.

And lastly, OVERCOATS. Overcoats are great for dressing formal, and casual. For a casual look, you could pair it with a hoodie, or sweater & some sweats, or jeans. For a more semi casual look, you could wear a smart pant, or a pair of Chinos, or a nice all black look. And for more formal, you could wear dress pants paired with boots and a nice sweater, or turtleneck! What I’ve started to love most about overcoats is that they can be very versatile, which can be great when you’re figuring out what mood you’re in for the day!
