Ok guys - I caved!
I've been sharing a lot of my workout routine's recently on Instagram and I've constantly gotten questions on my workout routine. Working out is like therapy to me. It helps me chill out & destress. Generally, I try to workout 4 times a week, & In doing so, I feel less anxious & a lot more zen. During my workout though - I don't play around.
My workouts normally last for 2 hours. It's definitely longer than the average workout, but during those 2 hours I'm working up a major sweat, totally focused on getting this workout done & then getting ready to start my day.
