Spoozy SZN is HERE - and I’m ready for a scare!

Idk about you, but I LOVE scary movies!! There’s something about the suspense & the thrill of scary movies I really enjoy. Especially if they do it right! We know that most “scary movies” suck … But some of them are really well done!

This year, I wanted to share some great scary movies on Netflix! Ones that are such to leave you on the edge of your seat - or to never watch another movie in the dark again. Here’s Scary Movies To Watch This Spooky SZN!

Right off the bat, IT is probably the most popular movie out there & even right now! With the Chapter One being such a hit, no wonder Chapter two beat box office records in theatres. I’m not a huge fan of clowns, so IT is still on my list to see. One of my favourite movies from these past couple years was definitely GET OUT. I LOVE the movies Jordan Peele has made & if you haven’t seen GET OUT yet, it’s definitely one to add to your list!

If you’re looking for a scare, any one of these flicks is definitely a MUST - SEE! Paranormal Activity is one of my FAVOURITE scary movie series to watch! It’s the PERFECT amount of scare. Netflix own HUSH film is actually really really great as well! If you haven’t seen it already, I really recommend that film!

I feel like i’ve said this on my blog before, but I really enjoy SCI-FI movies! Specifically SPACE MOVIES! So mix a some aliens into a horror movie, and you’ve got a movie!!! LIFE was a great thriller & suspense type of movie. Basically, astronauts discover the first evidence of alien life on Mars. As members of the crew conduct their research, the rapidly evolving life-form proves far more intelligent and terrifying than anyone could have imagined. If you’re into Alien movies, you’ll really like the spin on this one!

Like movies that keep you on the edge of your seat? Any of these films are sure to do just that! One of the films I’ve added to my list is Netflix’s new In The Tall Grass! This thriller is from a Stephen King novel, so you KNOW it’s going to be a good one! I’m excited to see how it goes, because the trailer already had me hooked!

One of the best scary movies are the supernatural ones. Out of these four, The Conjuring is by far, my FAVOURITE scary movie to watch!! I LOVED the storyline & have honestly watched this film about ten times. If you haven’t watched this movie yet, it is definitely a must watch for the spooky szn!

If you want something to watch longer than a film, then a TV SHOW is great to watch too. One of my favourites were The Haunting Of The Hill House! It was a great scary for the Halloween szn. Definitely a show you should watch if you haven’t already.
