Your Spring 2022 Menswear Essentials

🌱 Spring has SPRUNG & is WELL underway! 🌱

It feels like it’s been a MINUTE since we’ve entered into a new season. But now, here we are. I’m more excited than ever to finally be getting into the warmer months, and finally transitioning my style & Fits. The cold weather here in Toronto hasn’t inspired much other than a Black North Face puffer jacket & some boots. But finally, I can breakout of that mold, and style some new
seasonal pieces!

If you’re looking for some new spring drip, or just some style inspiration on what to rock this szn, I’ve got you covered! Here’s your Spring 2022 Menswear Essentials.

Sweaters

SWEATERS have been most popular for the winter time, but I feel more recently, they’ve been worn on the regular. Even all year round in some cases. And this spring, sweaters are a big style essential! From a bright coloured sweater, to a mock-neck one. To even a V-Neck style sweater! Whatever your style & comfort is, this will be a great szn
transitional piece to rock & own!

VESTS have made a style comeback, in a very interesting way! No longer are vests typically worn as a layering piece, but as a top, or shirt on Its own. And I love that! I’ve been very into this trend since last summer & it looks like it’s continued onto this year too! This look is generally worn for more of a semi-casual look, so if there’s an outting you have, or a special occasion, give this look a try for yourself!

Ok, yes yes, HOODIES aren’t anything NEW - by any means! But they’re definitely an essential item for this szn! Though hoodies can be used as outerwear in some climates, I personally love hoodies for layering! Whether it’s having a long t-shirt underneath, or wearing a zip-up and showing a fun graphic underneath. Or sometimes, even wearing a T-shirt overtop your hoodie. They’re great layering pieces & can / will certainly be utilized this spring!

Now PANTS are an essential clothing item all year round, but right now the wide legged pant is reigning supreme with a wide spread of Fits. There’s something about this proportion that has been hitting A LOT in recent years, and how wider pants can really help complete a whole outfit. If you haven’t hopped on this trend yet - what are you waiting for??

And lastly, ACCESSORIES goes without saying. Whether it’s the ever popular tote bag, a hat, or a pair of sunglasses - it’s so easy to add any of these to your outfits this spring, and really complete a whole look. I’ve noticed yellow sunglass lenses are super up recently, so that should be something you keep an eye out for too!
