I’m sure you’re aware the holidays are here. With the month of December being pretty much the BUSIEST month of the year, the days are filled with holiday parties, work holiday events, get togethers with friends & family & a ton more in between! Prior to attending these events, i’m sure there’s one things on your mind…
“What the hell am I going to wear?!!?”
Of course with each celebration being different, but moderately similar, the goal is simply, dress to impress. Whether it’s the classic work holiday party, friends annual christmas sweater party, or Christmas at the grandparents, we all dress to impress & show our best holiday Fit. But how do we dress better than last year? How do we dress to impress?
That’s where I come in! This year, H&M has some AMAZING pieces to choose from, when getting ready for the holidays! Whether you’re looking for Holidays sweaters, or nice dress shirts, some turtlenecks, or maybe even a suit - H&M has it all! I’ve picked some of my favourite pieces from their Holiday section this year & I wanted to share some pieces you can easily wear to any holiday event you’re attending. Holiday Sweaters
Going to a holiday event? You can’t go wrong with a fun HOLIDAY SWEATER! Whether it’s the classic winter patterns or a fun holiday graphic, a HOLIDAY SWEATER is a great option for anyone to rock!
Turtlenecks
If you’re looking to SLEIGH the room, i’ve got just the thing. TURTLENECKS are a great option to rock for a more formal holiday party. Whether it be a holiday work event, or meeting your significant other’s parents for the first time, a TURTLENECK says classy and stylish, yet, not too dressy. Pairing this with some plaid pants would be a LOOK!
Sweaters
Going to Grandma’s for Christmas dinner? Surprise your whole family in one of these stylish SWEATERS! If chunky isn’t your style, go for one of these thinner style SWEATERS, that pair great with almost any pair of pants! It’s a great, more mature look, where you can get away without being too dressy.
Dress Shirts
Need to dress up? DRESS SHIRTS CAN be comfortable, and these Slim Fit Shirts are normally my go-to dress shirts to rock. The best feature is that they’re easy to iron, and stay wrinkle free throughout the night. A great colour to wear around the holidays would be a nice burgundy, or even the navy blue one. Very mature and elegant colours for a holiday night out!
Suits
Wearing a SUIT to a party doesn’t have to be all that uncomfortable. There’s always ways to wear a SUIT without making it so formal. Wearing a SUIT with a turtle neck is pretty classy, and not as dressy as a classic dress shirt. Also, wearing a Velvet Blazer is SUPER FUN for a holiday event & you’ll get tons of compliments bieng the most stylish guy at the party!
Shoes
SHOES are of course a must for any event! If you have the chance to wear Loafers, try out one of these stylish pairs!
